The terms that govern your bookings and use of our services.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Kasturi Travels. They set out the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride or using the Kasturi Travels website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle category, selected package, and any applicable surcharges shown to you before payment.

A distance buffer may be added to the estimated route distance to account for traffic diversions and route changes; this is reflected in the fare you see and approve at checkout.

3. Driver & Vehicle Assignment

Vehicles are assigned by category (Hatchback, Sedan, or SUV) and not by a specific model. While we make every effort to provide the indicated vehicle type, the exact make and model may vary based on availability. Driver and vehicle details are shared with you before your journey.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and be available at the scheduled time.
Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.
Carry a valid baby seat request in advance if required; an additional charge applies per the vehicle category.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

For hourly packages, travel beyond the included kilometres or hours is billed at the extra-kilometre and extra-hour rates shown at booking and on your receipt. Reasonable waiting time is included; extended waiting may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kasturi Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle, though we will assist in their recovery where possible.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
